At Kinda Rubbish, we want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are securely protected for transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
